I. Membership Terms and Conditions
Thank you for joining Everwish Membership Club. To protect your interests, please read the Terms and Conditions before joining Everwish Membership Club. By clicking on the "I Agree" button to become a Member, it means you have fully read the Terms and Conditions and have agreed to it. Club Site has the rights to update the contents of Terms and Condition without prior notice.
II. Services
Club Site will deliver all variety of services, including the software and services provided by third party service providers. When using the products and services provided by the third party service providers, Member may need to pay the copyright and related fees and obey to the usage rules. Everwish Club Site does not provide any warranty or after-sales service on the software or services that are provided by the third party service providers.
III. Intellectual Properties of Club Site
Member must understand and therefore agree to any forms of sponsor advertisement or message, including text, software, music, sound track, film video, picture, animation and other data are protected by laws of copyright, trademark, patent and other intellectual property regulations. The ownership of all services in Everwish Club Site belong to Everwish International Corp. Member is prohibited to copy, edit, transmit or distribute these data. Member must get the permission from the Club Site prior to the usage of the intellectual properties.
IV. Modification to the Services in Club Site
Club Site has the rights to suspend, permanently modify, or terminate any or all parts of the service content anytime. You agree Club Site has no legal liabilities owe to you or any third party as a result of any forms of modification, suspension or termination of services.
V. Member's Responsibilities
To use Everwish services for the Member, all member must agree to the followings: Member agree to abide of all domestic and international laws and regulations that might be related to the services provided. Member also agrees not to interfere others from using the services.

Member must enter the most recent, correct and complete information by following the procedures during sign-up. |

Member must maintain and update Membership Data to keep the information correct, accurate, update and complete. If Member provides any false, wrong, outdated or incomplete information, or Club Site has justified reason to suspect the information is false, wrong, outdated or incomplete, Everwish Club Site reserves the rights to terminate Member's use of internet services. |
VI. Member Login Account ID, Password and Security
By completing the Sign Up procedures, you will receive a email reply. Member is responsible for the security of password and login ID when using them.

When your password and/or account ID is used without your authorization, you will contact and notify Club Site administrator. |

Every time when finish using online, you must make sure you have completed log out from the system. Club Site can not and will not be responsible for any loss or damage incurred due to not complying with this clause. |
VII. Membership Data
Everwish agrees to non-disclosure of Membership Data, including the name, address, email address or any other personal data protected by the laws that is entered and stored in the Club Site; except the following situations:

Upon request of legal regulations or by justice jurisdictions enforcement |

To protect Everwish's assets and rights and privileges |
(3) |
To protect the security of other Members or third party under emergency situations |

Member agrees to let Everwish collect, process, save, distribute and use Membership Data's personal profiles to do membership analysis and internet behavior investigation or research in order to better provide other information and services for the Member. |

Club Site will not engage in any sales or exchange of Membership Data to any third party, weather individual or company entity. In the case where Everwish Club Site hosts or coordinates any events, for the needs of the events and communication purpose, Club Site can use parts of the Membership Data. |
VIII. Member Behavior/Conduct Code
Everwish reserves the rights to delete any contents that may deem to be harmful or in violation of copyright and patent regulations. Everwish Club Site is not responsible for the contents published by the Member. However, Everwish Club Site has the rights to delete the contents that are deemed to be negative, aggressive, or in violation of this Terms and Conditions and the laws.

Client-end when transmitting technical data should be in accordance with the local and international laws and regulations. |

Never use the internet for illegal purposes. |

Do not interfere, abuse the services provided in the internet. |
(4) |
Obey to all rules in the internet agreement, rules, functions or customs. |
Client user must agree to not transmitting any illegal, annoying, libel, abusive, harass, damaging, vulgar, obscene or any irritating information. Client user can not transmit any information that entices others to conduct criminal offences. Client user can not transmit any information that is against the nation and the national security. Illegal entry without permission to the other computer system is prohibited. Everwish Club Site will terminate immediately the account ID and usage of Club Site once the Client user's conducts and behavior is found in violation of the above clause. Client user must be responsible for his own conducts to the laws. Any use or distribution of terrorism, sexuality, law violations that are recorded in the system may be used as evidence in taking legal actions.
Everwish Club Site is not responsible for false information provided by the client user, nor responsible for the data that can not be saved. Everwish Club Site reserves the right to make judgment weather the client user is complying to the clauses and the essence of the Terms and Conditions. If found violation of the service clauses, Everwish Club Site will terminate client user's rights to use the services provided by in the internet.
IX. Laws and Regulations

All content, including pictures and information, in the Club Site can not be copied, moved, rented, or sold before prior permission of the Club Site. Member must obey to the telecommunication laws and regulations. In the case where loss has incurred due to Member's violation, Club Site will file for legal action for compensation. |

Member must obey to the rules in the agreement and the Club Site Terms and Conditions. Everwish Club Site has the rights to terminate the Membership upon finding member's violations. Everwish Club Site has the rights to modify the contents written herein. I agree that if the above stated is violated, Club Site can terminate the services and Club Site reserves the rights for legal actions. |
X. Membership Notification
Notification to you will be sent by email or customer service representative. When there is any modification to the service clauses and other details, Club Site may reflect and show any notification or links of such.
